Once you approach Federico García Lorca, you realize that everyone has lied, filled gaps and concealed information with vested interests. Gaps have been filled and information has been concealed in a very self-serving way. Federico. No hay olvido, ni sueño: carne viva (Federico. There is no forgetting, no dream: fresh raw) is a piece that will journey between memory, desire and imagination. It will take you to the depths of the earth.

The Big Crunch. Apuntes sobre un proceso de (re)escritura (The Big Crunch. Notes for a (re)writting process) a performance in a box of goods of 2 meters long and it is also a cathartic process about grief, pain and capitalism that ends with a celebration of life through music and the body.

(Embers of violence and peace) is the name given to the trilogy of documentary theater that we have composed about the violence in the Basque Country and its peace process from our company. We began our work in 2012, with the premiere of PROYECTO 43-2, in 2015 came LA MIRADA DEL OTRO, and in 2017 VIAJE AL FIN DE LA NOCHE. Today this trilogy stands as a journey towards social reconstruction and lays the foundations for reflecting on pain, the plurality of groups, dissidence, the second chance and the coexistence of people. LA MIRADA DEL OTRO has been shown more than 100 times in Spain, and it has been represented also in Portugal, Colombia, México, France and Belgium.

The Basque Country. 2011. Today. Five people with five different perceptions of reality. Five different relationships with violence. The commemoration of the tenth anniversary of the father’s murder. A meal at the family’s txoko. Are there more things keeping us together than things keeping us separated?

A room in a prison. Three people: the mediator, the victim and the victimiser. Their eyes. The eyes of the other. Towards the end of 2010, a letter emerged from the prison of Nanclares de la Oca (Álava). A group of ETA dissidents shared their willingness to meet the families of their victims. The Other’s Gaze tells the story behind one of these meetings, from its preparation to the meeting itself.

In a nameless place, two people reconnect with their past. ‘The daughter of the sea’ and ‘the son of the earth’ explore memories, silences and wounds. They talk about identity, pain, politics and love.
